Rochester City Streetscapes project upgraded a portion of Fourth Street with a redesign of concrete curbs for storm water runoff and sidewalks for ADA compliance.  Bunnell Land Surveying performed the topographic surveys required for the engineering base maps to redesign the street's appurtenances and features.  Together with Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. performing the engineering analysis and design, Bunnell Land Surveying provided the topographic base maps for engineering design required to revitalize fourth street's aging infrastructure from Erie Ave. to State Road 25, nearly a mile of 4th Street in Rochester, Indiana.
